Dr Roxanna Gunter is a registered allied health professional dedicated to health service and improving the well-being of others. She is a registered member of the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA) and the Homoeopathic Association of South Africa (HSA). She is also a lecturer on Healing Philosophies at the University of Johannesburg.
She graduated Cum Laude with a Masters of Technology degree in Homoeopathy and alternative healthcare from the University of Johannesburg. After completing her Masters Dissertation and graduating, she began an internship programme at an established complementary health clinic in Bryanston, where she worked for close on 2 years. After that period she opened her own private practice in Sunninghill where she has been practicing since 2012. Dr Roxanna has also completed a number of auxillary courses offered through the Centre of Applied Jungian Studies to equip and assist her in helping individuals through psychological and emotional stressors with particular interest in the relationship of internal stress to disease. She is committed to assisting individuals to view illness in a holistic paradigm that considers illness as being meaningful in the larger context of the individual’s life, relationships and environment. In South Africa Homoeopathy and Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) are fully recognised and reimbursed by medical aids.
Dr Roxanna’s practice is centrally positioned at the Sunninghill Village Shopping Centre in Sunninghill, Jhb, close to Sandton, Paulshof, Kyalami, Woodmead, Fourways and Midrand.
