Please note these fees do not include medication prices which differ depending on what is required for your condition.
Payment Methods
MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards and cash. Not American Express. We are contracted out of medical aid. You would need to settle your visit after the consultation. You will then receive an invoice electronically with which to claim back from medical aid. Most medical Aids reimburse for consultations with Homeopathic Doctors and cover the medications as well.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Please also note that Food intolerance testing appointments are not able to be cancelled as the test is paid for in advance upon you securing your booking. Please ensure that you are able to make the appointment prior to booking the test.
